With more than 20 years of experience in the international river cruise industry, I am a Chief Executive Officer leading large-scale hospitality and catering operations across Europe. As CEO of Quality River Catering (former Cruisinc), I oversee multi-vessel cruise hotel and catering operations, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and continuous innovation across the fleet.
My career has progressed through senior leadership roles including Chief Operational Officer, Director of Hotel Operations, and Corporate Hotel Manager, giving me a strong foundation in both hands-on operations and executive strategy. This experience has enabled me to scale complex cruise operations while maintaining high service and quality standards.
I focus on developing innovative hospitality and culinary concepts, improving guest satisfaction, and building strong international teams. My leadership is centered on continuous improvement, people development, and creating efficient, resilient operational structures that support sustainable growth.
Fluent in Dutch, English, and German, I bring a multicultural leadership style shaped by decades in European river cruising, with a strong passion for elevating service quality and driving innovation in the industry.
